Due to COVID-19, you may experience some processing and shipping delays. We’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed through our website may take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions or during crazy busy times, we may experience stock-outs, in which we will notify you, our beloved customer, immediately.
We currently ship all across the United States and its territories. Want to have our products shipped to a different country? Let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try our best to make it happen!
All of our orders are shipped through UPS. For more information about their rates, mail and shipping services, visit www.ups.com.
If your order is greater than $50.00, the cost of shipping your bubble bath and/or hand sanitizer is free! This offer is valid only for shipments in the United States.
This offer does not include any Goods and Apparel purchased such as men’s apparel, women’s apparel, and items listed under home & living. That means if you purchased any of these items, even if your total is still greater than $50.00, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping. In addition, this offer does not include deliveries outside the United States.
Our Return Policy
Bubble Bath & Hand Sanitizer Products
Let’s keep this simple. If you’re not happy within 30 days of your bubble bath and/or hand sanitizer order, reach out to us for a full refund. No questions asked. Just email us at email@example.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Goods & Apparel
All of our goods and apparel are printed on demand – which includes all Men’s Apparel, Women’s Apparel, and Home and Living products. That means all products are unique and produced per order.
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Once an order has been sent to production, we cannot edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, TOA Waters is not responsible and cannot offer replacements or refunds.
However, we can offer a replacement order, free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing or printing errors.
